“I can honestly say this was THE ABSOLUTE best experience I have had with someone who came to look at my AC unit.
I have had my house for about 2 years now and from the beginning I have had issues with my AC unit. My insurance company sent numerous technicians who claimed to have solved the issue but failed.
Charles was the name of the technician that came on behalf of Anubis, and he was on time and professional. He kept me informed with the ordering of parts and all that he was doing to troubleshoot the issue. He even went above and beyond fixing issues that were not in the work order at no additional charge.
I am absolutely pleased with the work done. My unit works like it was new! And I would absolutely recommend using them. I was so pleased I was inspired to leave this review.

“I have nothing but good words to say about Chuck Tavelle and the work he has done at my home. I live in a large historic property with no fewer than three HVAC systems, two of them somewhat antiquated. Chuck has kept the systems in good operational order, mapping out plans on how to systemically and more economically make repairs and upgrades, taking a long view. If there's a problem, he responds quickly via text or phone call and will be on the job in short order. He shows up when he says he's going to show up and he doesn't leave until the job is done to satisfaction. His technical knowledge is vast, but he's also very good at explaining what's going on with a system and providing clear options for repair(s) and replacement. He has an exceptional work ethic, is fair in his pricing and, when a job calls for a subcontractor, he only works with professionals who meet his own high standard. One of my systems is especially complicated and will eventually need to be replaced. The fact that it will be a challenge to address is a upside for his problem-solving mind. He's got it all! Smart, fair, punctual, hardworking, pleasant, organized, insured, bonded, tidy, honest and knows his stuff! Plus, he puts booties over his shoes when entering the house!”
